Hi, I'm Gwen! I am a transplant from Philly and have called Charlotte home for over 25 years. I've achieved homeownership during two different seasons of my life - as a 20-something first time homebuyer navigating a short-sale during the market crisis of the 2010s, and again as a wife, and mother with baby #2 on the way. Looking back, both times were quite challenging to buy, sell and buy again, and I was guided through each step with patience and grace which allows me to now foresee and alleviate challenges along the way.

This journey to real estate has been a long one that I've known all along was my purpose. I have a deep passion for being of service and advocating for people, which was shown daily working with thousands of clients during my 15+ years in the financial services industry. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or seasoned homeowner, I understand the intricacies of the homeownership process in renting, buying, and selling, and can help you navigate the journey seamlessly and with confidence each step of the way.

In my free time, I enjoy nature photography, hiking, and walking the local greenways throughout the area, trying out a good lavender latte at coffee shops, visiting restaurants, working out, going to church, cheering on the Carolina Panthers and Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons (yes all 3), traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends exploring new activities around the city.

As a licensed agent in both North and South Carolina, I believe homeownership should be accessible to all. I want to help you find your dream home, whatever that looks like for you, and have the experience and access to resources to walk you through this process. My job is to alleviate much of the stress that comes with this life-changing decision. I've been able to do it twice, and I know if renting, buying, or selling is your goal, you can do it too. I am so thankful to live in such a great city with much to explore within Charlotte and the surrounding areas and look forward to working with and advocating for you!
